Credit Protection Service
If an undisputed and credit protected invoice is unpaid for more than 120 days after its due date, or if your customer's business fails, we pay you any outstanding balance due, up to the set value of the credit protection limit.
Typically, a business operating on trade credit terms might expect to write off the value of 1% of annual turnover – that's £7,500 on a turnover of £750,000. What's more, there are no lengthy claims procedures, plus no legal fees for recovery of credit protected invoices.
International Invoice Finance and Factoring Services
If you are already exporting or plan to start exporting to any of the major world markets, our export invoice factoring and export invoice discounting services offer some important advantages.

- Invoice Finance may be suitable if you sell business to business on credit terms.
- Invoice Finance is available to both existing HSBC and non HSBC business customers.
- Projected business turnover of over £100,000 is required to qualify for factoring. This also includes new business start-ups.
