Standard Cover
- Buildings – Covers your building for accidental damage
- Day One Average – Sum Insured plus 35% inflation provision
- Rental Income – Covers loss of rent from your business arising from events such as fire
- Public Liability – £2m with an option to increase to £5m or £10m
Optional Cover
- Subsidence – Protects your building against loss or damage caused by subsidence
- Terrorism – Protects your building against loss or damage caused by terrorism
- Employers' Liability – £10m
