  • I got a suspicious emailStop. Don't click on any links. Don't open any attachments. Just forward the email to phishing@hsbc.com - we'll investigate it.
  • I don't recognise a paymentDon't wait. Call us immediately on 08456 002 290 (textphone 08457 125 563). If you think someone's got hold of your HSBC online security details, we'll investigate and change your security number so you can relax.
  • My card is missing or stolenIf your card is lost, stolen or likely to be misused we provide 24-hour worldwide assistance. Contact us immediately on 08456 007 010 (textphone 18001 08457 125 563) in the UK or +44 1442 422 929 (textphone +44 1792 494 394) from overseas.
