What's not covered?

  • Pre-existing medical conditions unless accepted in writing by the Insurer
  • Leisure activities not listed in the policy document
  • Missed departure on any connecting flights and missed international departure due to strike if the date of strike is known at the time of booking
  • Winter sports above the 21 days maximum stated on annual policies
  • Business trips which involve manual work or dealing with the public
  • Claims for death, injury, illness or disability are not covered if they result from the misuse of alcohol or drug

Please note, all trips must begin and end in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
