Eligibility requirements

Please ensure you can answer YES to the following questions:

  • Are you a resident of the UK (including Northern Ireland but excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man > if you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, please call HSBC Premier Car Insurance on 0800 234 6980 who may be able to provide cover for you)?
  • Do you hold a provisional or full UK or EU driving licence?
  • Your car has a valid registration number.
  • You confirm you do not have a 'Q' registration plate.
  • You confirm your car will not be used for driving tuition, motor trade, hire or reward, racing, rallies, track days or competitions.
