Tips and tricks

Tip 1.Creating a unique username

Step 1

Now, you can personalise your account with a unique username. We recommend choosing something that's easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.

It's really easy to set up. Simply log on to internet banking, as normal. On the opening screen, you'll notice a sidebar called 'My details & preferences'. Then select the red 'Update' button in that section.

Tip 2. Remember me?

By selecting this feature, you'll have fewer things to enter in when logging on to internet banking. We recommend selecting this option only on a machine that you exclusively use, say for example, your home laptop.

Tip 3. Take a shortcut

By selecting this feature, you can have the internet banking homepage available on your bookmarks toolbar. So no matter how far you roam online, internet banking is just one click away.
