Emergency support, wherever you are

If anything unexpected happens during your visit, we're on hand to give you the emergency assistance you need.

Lost or stolen credit card

If your Premier credit card is lost or stolen we'll deliver a temporary card to you within 36 hours, and to the location of your choice. You can use your temporary credit card as normal, although you won't be able to withdraw cash. Simply call the Premier emergency hotline on (1) 314 275 6781 by collect call.

Cash advance

If you're in the UK and need an emergency cash advance, we can arrange a transfer of up to US$2,000, or the equivalent in the currency of your choice. Simply visit your nearest branch to arrange.
