Our state of the art fraud detection systems look for unusual activity on your account, so from time to time when using your card, the retailer may be required to ask you some security questions. This is to make sure the card is not being used without your permission.

Chip & PIN technology
You can withdraw cash using your card and PIN at any cash machine in the UK and abroad which displays the MasterCard®, Visa, Maestro or Cirrus symbol appropriate to your card.
This is the more secure way to pay. It combines the latest chip card technology with your personal 4 digit PIN.
