You can now check your balance and mini-statements and top up your pre-pay phone, all from your mobile with our MONILINK Mobile Banking service.
Top up your mobile at cash machines
At all of our cash machines you can now purchase pay-as-you-go top-ups for the following mobile phones:
- O2
- T Mobile
- Virgin Mobile
- Orange
- Tesco Mobile
- Vodafone
It's easy – just follow the instructions on screen at any of our cash machines. Your daily cash withdrawal limit will be reduced by the amount of top-up.
The top-up service is available to HSBC and first direct customers and also if you hold cards from any of the following: Co-operative Bank, Lloyds TSB, Nationwide, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Tesco Personal Finance.
Pay your credit card bill at a cash machine
You can now pay your HSBC or first direct credit card bill by using your debit card at any HSBC cash machine.
The payment will be debited from your account immediately. It may take up to three working days to become available on your account, but will credit immediately for interest purposes.
