If you are in the UK you can return your old Secure Key to any UK branch or by Freepost to:-

Customers overseas can either post it back to your account holding branch or dispose of it locally using the options that may be available through your local recycling centres.
It should be noted that these devices should not be disposed of with your normal household waste. Unfortunately we are unable to cover postage costs from abroad.
