Proof of your unconditional acceptance onto a qualifying course

You must be able to provide us with proof of your unconditional acceptance onto a qualifying course from the list below. Please provide one of the items listed below (the document must be an original).


UCAS proof of unconditional acceptance onto a qualifying course

- If you are a first year undergraduate student your 16-digit UCAS status code - supplied to you by UCAS via email (if you are unable to find it call UCAS on 0371 468 0468 between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday and they will re-issue within 24 hours)
- Or your UCAS AS12 Confirmation Letter. You can access and print this via UCAS Track

Letter from a university confirming unconditional acceptance onto a qualifying course

- Letter must be addressed to the applicant or HSBC Bank
- Letter must be dated within the last six months and on official headed paper.

Email from a university confirming unconditional acceptance onto qualifying course

- Letter issued by the university by email. This must display the university letterhead and signature

If you are a Level 4+ Apprentice

- A copy of your Apprenticeship agreement which contains details of your Apprenticeship framework/level. This must be signed by your employer. Or a confirmation letter from your the university/training provider.
