Managing your upcoming credit card payments
If you don’t think you’re going to be able to meet your upcoming payments when your credit card payment holiday ends, it’s important to take action as soon as possible.
We’ll need you to provide information about your current financial situation. This will include filling out an income and expenditure form. It’s a series of questions about your income and outgoings, such as salary and mortgage payments or rent, to help us assess your circumstances. We’ll then let you know your options.
If you’re currently on a payment holiday and complete the form before your payments are due to resume, this would be for a further 3 months, or up to (and including) your July payment due date if sooner.
If this doesn’t apply to you, we still have a broad range of other financial solutions available, depending on your circumstances. Some of these may impact your credit file. View our Money worries page for more information.
Who should fill out an Income and expenditure form?
If you’re the main cardholder and you think you’ll be unable to make your payments once your credit card payment holiday ends, you should complete this form.
Please complete this form as soon as possible to ensure we can assess your circumstances and get in touch to explain your options before your next payment is due.
You can check your payment due date on your credit card statement.
