Representative example

A repayment mortgage of £163,600 payable over 32 years initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 2.44% and then on our current variable rate of 3.54% (variable) for the remaining 30 years would require 24 monthly payments of £614.40 and 359 monthly payments of £707.38, plus one final payment of £704.93.

The total amount payable would be £269,711.95 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£105,799.95) plus a completion fee of £17 and a solicitors fee of £295.
