Jake is a television presenter, podcaster, author and businessman who is one of the most respected sports broadcasters in the UK.

Between 2001 and 2023, he worked for BBC and BT Sport covering many major sporting events including the Commonwealth Games, the FIFA World Cup, award-winning F1 coverage, The Euros and the London Olympics. He was the face of BT Sports Premier League coverage and went on to front their Champions League fixtures until 2023.

In 2011, he co-founded Whisper, one of Europe’s fastest growing independent production companies. He remains heavily involved with growing the business. 

In 2020 Jake began recording The High Performance Podcast, offering an intimate glimpse into the lives of high-achieving, successful individuals. The chart-topping podcast has since grown into a successful brand, also delivering content world-wide through social channels, live shows, books and corporate work. He has spoken to audiences worldwide, sharing his insights and wisdom with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and students. 

Off screen, Jake is passionate about contributing to the community through charity work. He is Chairman of Norwich Community Sports Foundation and Vice President of Young Lives vs. Cancer. In 2020, Jake was approved by the Queen to be a deputy Lieutenant of Norfolk. In 2023, he set up the High Performance Foundation, with a vision to give children the life skills they need to thrive.
