Mobile payments

With the HSBC UK Mobile Banking app, you can make payments to existing beneficiaries, use Paym to make payments to new and existing beneficiaries using just a mobile number and transfer funds between your HSBC personal accounts.

Payments via online banking

With our handy online service, you can pay bills and make payments to friends and family in the UK and overseas securely in a matter of minutes.

From the 'My accounts' screen choose the appropriate 'Make a payment' link from the Quick links column.


Telephone banking payments

Making payments by the phone is also easy and fast. Use our 24-hour telephone banking service to make payments to friends and family, transfer money between accounts and pay bills. What’s more, you can do all this and more when you speak with a member of our friendly team, from 8am to 10pm every day. Please note, the phone service is subject to planned maintenance periods.

Express banking payments

Pop into any HSBC branch, and you’ll find express banking kiosks, where you can make payments with ease.

For example, you can transfer money to friends and family (providing you have already made a payment to them before and their details are in the system), at the touch of a button. You can even use the kiosk to pay bills directly from your chosen bank account, and receive an acknowledgement receipt straight away.
