Our Welsh Language service
- A team of Welsh speaking advisors available 8am-10pm, 7 days a week
- Branches in Wales offer a full translation service whereby any customer correspondence received in Welsh will be responded to in Welsh
- All members of staff who speak fluent Welsh can be identified in the branch by the Welsh emblem on their name badge
- If a Welsh speaking advisor is not available when you call us we'll arrange for you to be called back by a Welsh speaker. Alternatively we can continue the call in English.
