Can you apply?
You can apply for HSBC Life Cover if you're:
- A UK resident (not including the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man)
- Over 17 and under 78 years of age (cover must end before your 91st birthday)
- Registered for online or mobile banking (for joint cover, only one person needs to be registered)

You can add on Critical Illness Cover if you're:
- Over 17 and under 70 years of age when the policy starts (cover must end before your 80th birthday)
Get a gift card worth up to £150 with HSBC Life Cover
Take out a new Life Cover policy by 3 October 2025 and get an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or a B&Q e-gift card. Policies must be live within 6 months of application date. You'll receive your gift card within 30 days of making your 6th monthly payment. Monthly premiums of £5 to £24.99 receive a gift card worth £50. Premiums of £25 to £49.99 receive a £100 gift card.
