Go paperless

Get information on our products and services by email instead of post, wherever we can. This will mean:

  • fewer envelopes on your doormat
  • easy to file and find information when you need it
  • access via desktop, tablet or mobile – whenever, wherever and however you want

We won’t email you anything you wouldn’t have received by post - it’s just a more convenient way to get information to you - for example, if there are key changes to your account.

It’s quick and easy to get started - you only need to add your email address to your account.

How to sign up

Online banking

  1. Log on to online banking.
  2. Select 'Personal or address details' from the 'My banking' menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Confirm'.

By phone

  • If you're an HSBC Premier or HSBC Jade customer call us on 03457 70 70 70*

* Lines are open 8am to 8pm every day (HSBC Premier and Jade customer lines are open 24 hours a day). Lines will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
