Change your address

Find out how to update the home and correspondence addresses we hold for you on file

Update in mobile banking

If you’re registered for mobile banking, you can change your address in just a few quick steps.

  1. Tap profile icon
    The profile icon is located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Update personal details
    Tap 'Update your personal details' and then select 'Contact details'.
  3. Change address
    Tap the address you want to change and follow the instructions.

Update in online banking

To change your home address (main residence) or correspondence address (where your statements, letters and marketing material are sent), just log on to online banking and follow these steps:

Step 1

Select 'Personal and address details' under the 'Account services' menu.

Step 2

Select 'Edit' next to your existing address. 

Step 3

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete updating your address.

Things to know

• joint account holders may need to update their addresses separately

• when you change your address this will reflect on your next statement

• we cannot update your address to a PO Box online

• it may take up to an extra 7 days to update these accounts; credit cards, InvestDirect, Child Trust fund, Premier Investment Management Service investment, stocks and shares ISAs, mortgages.

Update through phone banking

If you're registered for phone banking, you can call us. And once we've verified you as a customer we can update your address.
