Update in Mobile Banking
If you’re registered for Mobile Banking updating your contact details is quick and easy and can be done in just a few steps.
Go to your profile, then select 'Your name' and 'Contact details'.
Select ‘Edit’ or ‘+Add’ to update or provide new details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your new details.
Update in online banking
If you're registered for online banking, you can log on using your Secure Key to update your contact details in just a few steps.
Select 'Personal and address details' under the 'Account services' menu.
Select 'Edit' next to the contact information you want to update.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete updating your contact details.
Update through phone banking
If you're registered for phone banking, you can call us. And once we've verified you as a customer, we can update your contact details and phone numbers.
Update your marketing preferences
If you're registered for online banking, log on using your Secure Key and update your preferences in just a few steps.
1 Select 'Communication preferences' in 'Account services'.
2 Go to ‘Marketing preferences' and select the relevant boxes to tell us how you’d like to get our communications.
3 Select ‘Save’.
