Update in Mobile Banking
If you’re registered for Mobile Banking updating your contact details is quick and easy and can be done in just a few steps.
Select ‘More’ and then ‘Contact details’.
Select ‘Edit’ or ‘+Add’ to update or provide new details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your new details.
Update in online banking
If you're registered for online banking, you can log on using your Secure Key to update your contact details in just a few steps.
Select your name at the top of your online banking homepage.
Go to 'Personal & address details'.
Select 'Edit details' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Update through phone banking
If you're registered for phone banking, you can call us. And once we've verified you as a customer, we can update your contact details and phone numbers.
Visit a branch
Come to your nearest branch and we'll be happy to help you. Please remember to bring ID with you so we can easily check who you are.
