Make one-off payments to your HSBC Credit Card at your own convenience.
If you're looking to pay from a HSBC account, you can do this via online banking, over the telephone or in one of our branches.

You can also make automatic monthly payments to your HSBC Credit Card from another bank account. Select from the following payment types:
Repay the minimum payment each month. If you make only the minimum payment each month, it will take you longer and cost you more to clear your balance.
Repay the entire statement balance of your bill each month.
Pay a fixed amount each month. If the minimum payment due is more than the fixed amount, we'll claim the minimum payment. If your statement balance is lower than your fixed amount we'll only claim the balance on your statement.
Please note that when setting up a Direct Debit for a HSBC Credit Card, the name registered on the account the Direct Debit is taken from must match the name registered on the credit card. You can't set up a Direct Debit from a savings account.
Choose or change the amount you pay off your HSBC Credit Card each month, change which account you pay from, or which payment type you use.
Set up/amend a Direct Debit from your HSBC account:
Complete and submit the Direct Debit eForm
Set up/amend a Direct Debit from your non-HSBC account:
1. Print off and complete the Direct Debit mandate
2. Hand into your nearest HSBC Branch or post to:
HSBC UK Bank PLC
P.O. BOX 6001
What happens next?
If you send the Direct Debit mandate via the eForm it will take 24 hours to process. If you send your Direct Debit Mandate through the post it will take up to 10 working days to process after we’ve received it. Your Direct Debit will be effective from the date of your next statement, provided that your payment date is not within the next three days.
In the meantime, you can make a one-off payment to your HSBC Credit Card
Quickly and easily cancel the automatic monthly payments to your HSBC Credit Card.
If you are registered for online banking:
1. Log on to Online Banking
2. Select the current account that the Direct Debit is set up on
3. Select the ‘Manage’ menu
4. Select ‘Direct Debits’ from the options provided
5. Locate the Direct Debit for your HSBC Credit Card
6. Choose to view more information, then select the ‘Cancel’ button
If you are not registered for online banking:
Complete and submit the Direct Debit eForm or call us on 03457 404 404 and we’ll be happy to cancel.
What happens next?
If you cancel the Direct Debit via the eForm it will take 24 hours to process. If you cancel a Direct Debit via online banking this occurs immediately. If your Direct Debit is due in the next three working days it will still be collected.
