If your card is nearing expiry, a replacement card is automatically issued. If the expiry month has passed and you have not received a new card, you will need to contact our Lost & Stolen team on 0800 085 2401 from the UK or +44 1442 422929* if you are overseas.
*Charges may be incurred if calling from overseas.
If your debit or credit card is damaged you can request a replacement. The sooner you request a new card, the sooner we can send one your way. While you wait for it to arrive, you can still use the existing card.
You can log on to online banking and select the 'Replace a damaged card' option.
We aim to deliver your new card to you within 5 working days in the UK by post and within 10 working days overseas.
I've ordered a replacement card; will the PIN be the same?
Yes, we do not normally issue a new PIN with a each card. We would only issue a different PIN if you advised us that somebody else has uncovered your existing one.
However, if you'd like to request a new PIN, you can do so easily and quickly in Online Banking or by calling us.
