We're currently making improvements to our Online Banking service.

If you registered for Online Banking prior to the 17th December 2014 it's not possible for you to activate your existing Secure Key and you will need to re-start your registration.

If you registered for Online Banking after this date, please log on to Online Banking entering your username, memorable answer and your password, from here you will be prompted to activate your Secure Key.

We apologise for any inconvenience which this delay may cause. Once you are registered, we look forward to introducing you to Online Banking, including the exciting enhancements we're working on now.

We offer a range of mortgages designed to suit you.

Existing customers

Whether you're a first time buyer or looking to remortgage, we offer different levels of flexibility and security across all our mortgages, subject to a maximum Loan To Value (LTV).

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Below are all of our current mortgage products and interest rates. If you have any questions about our rates please call us on 0800 169 6333.

Important tip

To find a mortgage that may be right for you, you first need to calculate your Loan to Value (LTV). This can be done using the 'Find and compare HSBC mortgages' calculator, or calculate what percentage of the overall value of the property you want to buy or remortgage. For example, a £100K property with an £75K mortgage = a 75% LTV.

The Standard Variable Rate only applies when you reach the end of your fixed, tracker or discounted deal.

Your property or home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
