How to add a cardholder
Download and complete the relevant application form and return it to your local branch or send it to:
Customer Service Centre, BX8 2HB
Important notes:
- Additional cardholders must be 18 years or over
- The primary cardholder remains responsible for all spending and administration tasks of the additional cardholder
