How community pop-up events can help you

Our community pop-up events are a great way to learn about how to make the most of banking with us.

You can have face-to-face conversations with some of our branch experts in selected local communities across the UK.

How Banking Hubs can help you

Banking Hubs are fully accessible shared banking spaces.

They offer a counter service operated by the Post Office, where customers of all major banks and building societies can carry out regular cash transactions.

The Hubs also offer a Community Banker service where customers can talk to their own banking provider about more complicated banking issues.

What you'll need to bring with you

Whether you're coming to one of our Banking Hubs or a community pop-up event, you may need a form of identification to enable us to best support you with certain banking queries. Therefore, we recommend you bring one of the following original documents:

  • Valid full passport (temporary passports are not acceptable)
  • EEA or Swiss national identity card (excluding Romanian and Greek national identity cards)
  • Valid UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional), or old-style paper licence (full only)

Unfortunately, we can't accept copies or documents printed from the internet.
